Salt & Soul was created to provide a space to pause and relax in today’s busy world. Our space and our services provide the opportunity to connect with self and with the healing power of nature. We are happy to offer a sliding scale pricing model in hopes of making these powerful modalities more affordable and accessible for everyone.

Our space has been thoughtfully curated through partnering with as many local and/or small businesses as possible. We lovingly strive to create the most non-toxic environment possible through the use of all natural cleaning products, zero VOC paint, low EMF wifi, non-toxic furniture, and more.

What should I wear for my session?

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. For salt room and PEMF sessions, everyday clothing works perfectly. Socks are required in the salt rooms. For infrared sauna, lighter clothing or a swimsuit is recommended.

Do I need to prepare for a session?

Most services require little to no preparation. Staying hydrated before and after your session helps maximize the benefits, especially for infrared sauna and salt therapy.

Is salt therapy safe for children?

Yes. Salt therapy is safe, gentle, and often very beneficial for children, particularly for respiratory health. We offer children’s salt room sessions designed specifically for them and a parent/guardian.

Can I book multiple services in one visit?

Absolutely. Many clients enjoy pairing therapies—like infrared sauna after a salt room session or biomagnetism before reiki—for a deeper wellness experience.

How many sessions will I need to feel results?

Many people feel relaxed and renewed after just one session. For longer-term benefits—such as improved breathing, reduced stress, or chronic relief—regular sessions are recommended.

Are your therapies safe if I have a medical condition?

Our services are non-invasive and safe for most people. If you have a specific medical condition and/or concern (including but not limited to a pacemaker, pregnancy, or severe health concerns), we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before booking.

How often should I come for sessions?

This depends on your wellness goals. Some clients come weekly for ongoing support, while others schedule sessions as needed for relaxation, stress relief, or recovery.
