The Experience
Each room offers a different entry point into softness, regulation, and receiving. Participants rotate through each space, allowing the experience to unfold gradually.

Reiki + Salt Therapy combines two relaxing and restorative modalities into one experience. Reiki helps reduce stress, restore balance, and support emotional and physical well-being. Salt therapy is a gentle, natural practice where microscopic salt particles are dispersed into the air. As you breathe, they move through your airways, helping to support respiratory health and benefit the skin. One reiki practitioner will be present and will provide individual reiki to each attendee in a rotating manner. The class is limited to 4 people. Sliding Scale: $35-$55.
